Eyretel were looking to expand the market for their MediaStore, QualityCall and E-Ware products, which allow customers to search through hours of stored calls in an instant. The use of digital recording techniques brings call monitoring into line with the technology of large databases and the opportunity to mine through them in search of valuable customer and marketing information.
