concludes sale of IPR |

SSP
successfully concluded the negotiation and sale of the IPR of
the Retail software product MMDS on behalf
of our Icelandic client, EJS.
The IPR was purchased, for an undisclosed amount, by Dairy
Farm, headquartered in Hong Kong. Dairy Farm own the
franchise for famous brands such as 7/11 and IKEA for the region.
Dairy Farm is part of the Jardine group of companies. |
