have successfully concluded the sale of Datapro,
based in Brighton and specialists in Waste Management software.
The acquiring company are Swift LG, based in
Bristol. Swift specialise in Land and Property Administration
and Geospatial Solutions for Local Government. |

Crimsonwing
has just completed two European acquisitions from introductions
made by SSP: Promentum Holdings, headquartered
in The Netherlands, and the Media and Publishing business of
Peracto Solutions, based in London. Both Peracto
and Promentum are specialists in Microsoft’s Dynamics
ERP Solutions and have years of experience implementing Dynamics
products within Holland and the UK. |
