Half Day Forecasting Consultation

This half day session is intended to take a sample of your typical forecasts and validate their accuracy. One of our consultants will perform this analysis using systems developed by SSP that have been validated with companies such as Sterling Software, Blythe, Kalahari, Strhold and many more.

There is no further obligation after the initial consultation, which is to validate whether your existing forecasting metholodologies are effective and accurate. If they are, you can be totally reassured. If they are not, SSP will highlight the areas for improvement and recommendations for change.

What SSP will deliver:

  1. A report in Excel format on each account highlighting any differences between the original forecast and SSP's assessment of the forecast.

  2. A list of the action items needed to increase the probability of closing the sales and the assignment of these responsibilities.

  3. A review of the potential impact on cash flow and existing methodologies of business forecasting and revenue projection.

What the client is responsible for:

  • Any travel and lodging expense from Woking, England in the UK or San Francisco in the USA for a minimum of a half day-session. Additional time, if required, is by mutual agreement.
