In order to allay fears and reduce risks by both
parties, the pilot project can be an excellent way in
building reciprocal confidence and mutual success at
minimal cost.
We
would generally suggest 10 days, (but this is negotiable)
and we have listed below what this includes and how
it works:
The
Process
- Firstly we achieve an understanding of requirements
based on issuing a sample statement of requirement
asking what is required from the exercise e.g. appointment
generation, research etc.
- Based on the requirements we then outline
what they can expect from us during and after
the project (On agreement we then commence the learning
process i.e. understanding their product and or service
and deciding on the approach etc
- We then commence the calling programme, giving
the feedback in the agreed format.
- During the initial few days we interact with
the client on a regular basis, allowing them to
understand how the project is progressing and to allow
us to feedback any thing that needs to be addressed.
Obviously at this point if it is an appointment generation
project we feed back any appointments immediately
- If for any reason the project is not progressing
to our satisfaction, we cease calling and make contact
with the client. Until such times as we can reach
them we do not continue, therefore ensuring that they
are not paying for ineffective use of time.
On
completion of the project we produce a report of
the results and our recommendations for the future.
This varies from project to project and dependant on
what the client wants e.g. if they require 6 appointments
per month and we achieved this is 5 days calling, we
will recommend a 5 day programme in the future, which
can be monitored and reviewed on a regular basis.
